I’m a certified integrative health coach that offers sessions and programs to help you find your path towards a holistic transformation. The Holisticful method follows a bio-individual approach to health and values the individuality of a healthy balance. Throughout the coaching sessions, we are going to work together on finding your true self, deciding the life you want to live, understanding your shadows, breaking free from limiting beliefs, creating healthy habits, plan actions for achievable goals, meals inspirations, nutrition tips, connecting into your intuition and strengthening your mind-body connection. I will be with you on every step of this journey to improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness always respecting your own pace.
